Fort Worth Opera requires a Technical Supervisor to be present for the initial load-in, set-up and load-out of all sets. This representative is not to act as the renting company's Technical Director. The cost of this Supervisor is the responsibility of the renting company and consists of daily fees for work and travel days. Round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations are also required and are in addition to the fee listed above.

  • The production has 8 principals artists playing 25 roles with multiple looks. There are a number of fast changes. In Fort Worth we had a wardrobe running crew of 7 dressers and 3 wig/makeup artists.
     
  • The production requires 7 male supers with upper body definition. These play multiple characters. Two other supers (male or female) spend the entire show on top of the Heaven Catwalk, and the audience only sees them from the knees down.
Audio/Video Information
Audio Reinforcement: All principals were miced with body packs and boom-style headsets. In Fort Worth we double miced Prior and the Angel as backups for failures. Not available with rental

Synthesizers: The orchestration requires 2 Kurzewil K2600XS keyboards, 2 rack mount K2600R synthesizers with keyboard controllers, and 2 Zip250 SCSI drives. Available with rental for additional fee. Production used one stock keyboard which is not available for rental. In addition, renting company would have access to Fort Worth Opera revisions to sampling software and programming.

Video Projection: The Fort Worth production used one (1) BARCO FLM HD18 Projector with a 1.6-2.0 HB lens and scroller. Projector not available with production. Projection specifics must be discussed wi
