Fort Worth Opera requires a Technical Supervisor to be present for the initial load-in, set-up and load-out of all sets. This representative is not to act as the renting company's Technical Director. The cost of this Supervisor is the responsibility of the renting company and consists of daily fees for work and travel days. Round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations and per diem are also required and are in addition to the daily fee listed above.

Projection Special Effects Information
Projection equipment not included in rental. In Fort Worth we used:
  1. Two VL 300Q's hung from the Balcony Rail with custom templates (templates available)
  2. One Hog Platform console for control of VLs and Projection Scroller/Dowser
  3. Three Digital Projection 12000 DSX- with 0.73:1 SXGA- lenses
  4. Three 14' scaffolding platforms
  5. Three Front surface mirrors and supports
  6. Three DVI Fiber Optic System with 550' cables.
Available for additional rental:
Video Designer's proprietary control and image software to manage a three projector edge-blended system making a total image of approximately 31' 6" high by 62' wide.

The original production called for approximately 24' upstage of the RP surface and utilized bounce mirrors at the projector.
