| Fort Worth Opera: Customer Service Associates for 2012 Festival Fort Worth Opera Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing superior customer service and for efficient processing of subscription and single ticket sales using The Patron Edge computer ticketing system. Associates are also responsible for supporting the Customer Service Manager and adhering to Fort Worth Opera and Customer Service policies and procedures. This seasonal / part time position will start April 16 and end on June 3, 2012. Fort Worth Opera is one of the oldest opera companies in the nation, having produced opera for over 60 years. In 2007, under the leadership of General Director Darren K. Woods, Fort Worth Opera converted from a fall/spring season to a festival format. The 2012 Fort Worth Opera Festival will feature performances of TOSCA, THE MARRIAGE OF FIGARO, LYSISTRATA and THREE DECEMBERS. Festival performances will take place at Bass Performance Hall and the Scott Theatre in the Cultural District. Performances run from May 12 through June 3, 2011. Qualifications • Previous customer service, call center and/or retail sales experience • Familiarity with Windows PCs and Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.) required • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Availability to work 25+ hours per week during the dates listed above • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on departmental need • Experience using Patron Edge or other ticketing software a plus Please e-mail a resume and cover letter to dennis@fwopera.org.
