Bus Service

Once again, Fort Worth Opera is offering Bus Service from NorthPark Mall in Dallas. This service is complimentary for subscribers. What's new this year? Sack lunches from Corner Bakery! View the bus service flier for all the details.

Exchanging Subscription Tickets

If you cannot attend a performance, you have the option of exchanging your seats for another performance of the same opera (e.g. Don Giovanni on Friday to Don Giovanni on Saturday). You may not exchange seats from one opera to a different opera (e.g. Don Giovanni on Friday to The Elixir of Love on Friday).
  1. There will be no charge for subscribers to exchange tickets unless…

    1. The exchange involves an upgrade in seating (e.g. moving from the mezzanine to the orchestra). In this event, FWOpera will charge the subscriber the difference in price at the appropriate subscriber rate.
    2. The exchange is made after noon on the date of the performance or after noon the day prior to a matinee performance. In this case, the subscriber will be subject to a $10 service charge.

  2. To exchange your seats, tear the tickets you will not be using and do one of the following…

    1. Mail your torn tickets to Fort Worth Opera, Attn: Ticket Exchange, 1300 Gendy Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107
    2. Fax a copy of the torn tickets to 817-731-0835 "Attn: Ticket Exchange"
    3. Scan your torn tickets and e-mail to boxoffice@fwopera.org. Please use "Ticket Exchange" as the e-mail subject.
Be sure to include your contact information, your new preferred date(s) and any special seating requests.

Generally, if you make your exchange more than one week prior to your new performance date, FWOpera will mail your tickets to you. Otherwise, we will hold them under your name at Will Call for pick-up on the day of the performance. You can also arrange to come by the Fort Worth Opera or performance venue Box Office to pick up your tickets in advance.

Donating Tickets

You have the option donating your seats back to Fort Worth Opera for resale if you cannot attend a performance. You will receive a note in the mail thanking you for your donation and you will receive a summary statement at the end of the calendar year for your tax records. To donate your seats, tear your tickets and do one of the following...
  1. Mail torn tickets to Fort Worth Opera, Attn: Ticket Donation, 1300 Gendy Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107
  2. Fax a copy of the torn tickets to 817-731-0835 "Attn: Ticket Donation"
