Fort Worth Opera Box Office — 1300 Gendy Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76107

Off-season, the Fort Worth Opera Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 9a.m. through 5 p.m. The Box Office, along with the administrative offices, is in the Fort Worth Community Arts Center, located in Fort Worth's Cultural district. Our offices are in the south end of the building, upstairs above the galleries. We recommend parking in the new Western Heritage Garage. For visits of 90 minutes or less, we can offer guests $2 parking with validation from the Box Office. During the Festival, Box Office hours are extended and we will have staff at Bass Hall as well. For the most up-to-date schedule, please view the ticketing home page.

On Festival performance days, Will Call opens at Bass Hall 60 minutes prior to curtain. We recommend you plan on arriving no later than 30 minutes prior to curtain to allow time to pick up your tickets and find your seats.

Having opened in May 1998, the 2,056 seat Nancy Lee and Perry R. Bass Performance Hall was named one of the ten greatest opera houses by Travel + Leisure magazine (March 1999).

Driving Directions
  • From I-30 traveling West: Take I-35W North (to Denton) exit. Go north on I-35W to Spur 280. Take Spur 280 to 6th Street. Go straight (West) on 6th and enter the Carter-Burgess Parking Garage on 6th Street between Calhoun and Commerce streets.
  • From I-30 traveling East: Take Forest Park Boulevard exit. Go left on Forest Park until it merges into Weatherford Street. Take Weatherford to Houston Street. Go right (South) on Houston to 5th Street. Go left on 5th and enter the Carter-Burgess Parking Garage on 5th Street between Calhoun and Commerce streets.
  • From Hwy 121 traveling from DFW: Take Belknap Street to Houston Street. Go left (South) on Houston to 5th Street between Calhoun and Commerce streets.
  • From I-35W traveling South: Take Spur 280 exit to 6th Street. Go straight (West) on 6th and enter the Carter-Burgess Parking Garage on 6th Street between Calhoun and Commerce streets.
  • From I-35W or Highway 287 traveling North: Take Spur 280 exit to 6th Street. Go straight (West) on 6th and enter the Carter-Burgess Parking Garage on 6th Street between Calhoun and Commerce street

Parking

Self-park: Covered parking is available in the Carter-Burgess Parking Garage located between Calhoun and Commerce Streets. Entrances are on 5th Street and 6th Street. Parking is free to for ticket holders. Covered parking is also available in the Sundance Square 2 Garage between 3rd Street (to the north) and 4th Street (to the south). Entrances are on Calhoun Street and Jones Street. Parking is free after 5 pm and all weekend.

Valet Parking: Valet service is available starting 90 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Drop-off points are located on Calhoun Street and Commerce Street between 4th and 5th Streets. All vehicles must be retrieved no later than 30 minutes after the final curtain. Valet Service is capable of parking and assisting handicapped patrons. The cost for Valet Parking is $12.00 per car.



Scott Theatre — 1300 Gendy Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76107

Housed in the Fort Worth Community Arts Center, the W.E. Scott Theater boasts a thrust stage and a 478 seat house.

Sanders Theatre — 1300 Gendy Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76107

Also housed in the Fort Worth Community Arts Center, the Hardy and Betty Sanders Theatre is a traditional black box space that can seat up to 120. Through the use of adjustable audience risers, the space can be configured for a wide variety of performances. Seating is general admission (i.e. first-come, first-served).

  • From Downtown Fort Worth: Go west on 7th Street. At University Drive, go south (turn left). At Lancaster Avenue, go west (turn right). At Gendy Street, go south (turn left). The Arts Center is located at the corner of Gendy and Lancaster on the right.

  • From I-30: Take I-30 to University Boulevard. Go North on University (left turn), go west (turn left) on Lancaster, and go South (turn left) on Gendy Street. The Arts Center is located at the corner of Gendy and Lancaster on the right.
  • From I-35W: Take I-35W to I-30 and go west. Exit at University Boulevard. Go North on University (left turn), go west (turn left) on Lancaster, and go South (turn left) on Gendy Street. The Arts Center is located at the corner of Gendy and Lancaster on the right.


Parking

Paid parking is available in numerous locations around the cultural district including in the West Lots outside of the Will Rogers Complex and the new Western Heritage Garage located between the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History and the Fort Worth Community Arts Center. Rose Marine Theater— 1440 North Main Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76164

The Rose Marine Theater opened as a movie house in the 1920s and is now listed on the National Register of Historic places. The Rose Marine Theater has a seating capacity of 254 seats and provides an intimate setting with excellent acoustics.
