Labor Day marked the start of the new class of the Fort Worth Opera Studio Young Artist Program, which is a year-long artist residency program.  The new, four young artists were chosen through national auditions. Designed as a two-year program, the artists in the Fort Worth Opera Studio perform educational outreach as part of Children's Opera Theatre and through community performances and preview events. Studio artists are also assigned roles and covers as part of the Fort Worth Opera Festival.
