Almost four years ago I started here at Fort Worth Opera. And I am not going to lie, the only thing I knew about opera was that when I was little I would watch it on PBS.

Now, I can't say I am an expert, but I can say I finally get it. I get the goosebumps, when I hear a singer put it all out there on stage. If I'm driving an hour away to visit my folks, I catch myself surfing to the Met Opera radio station on Sirius XM, and leaving on that channel until I reach my destination.

My passion for this art form has grown more than I ever expected it to. This partly has to do with the people here at Fort Worth Opera working endlessly to put a fabulous product on stage, and to make sure you are sitting in that seat at Bass Performance Hall taking it all in.

For the last four years I have been the latter. I have been talking to our customers via email, phone, online, Facebook, Twitter, etc. I have been at Bass Hall passing out the Golden Ticket freebies to our subscribers, and a lot more. I have enjoyed every single part of it. But it's time I move on and allow someone else to experience the fun and excitement I have had as Communications Manager for Fort Worth Opera.

We currently have some fabulous openings with this fantastic company that you can't pass up. Why would you? You can work, play and laugh at a company that has transformed me into a customer for life!
