The line-up for WaterTower Theatre's 2013 Out of the Loop Fringe Festival has been announced, and while it doesn't boast any major national/international headliners like past festivals have seen, there is a larger variety of performance types this year. Theater and comedy still dominate, but 2013 will see more dance than the past, with Contemporary Ballet Dallas and imPULSE dance project joining longtime Loopers Muscle Memory Dance Theatre and previous performers Rhythmic Souls.
