Michael Todd Simpson will portray the title role in Don Giovanni!

There are only three months left until the opening night of Don Giovanni, and baritone Michael Todd Simpson is no stranger to the title role. He recently portrayed Don Giovanni in Nashville Opera, and if you go to his website here you can see photos from the Eugene Opera's production of Don Giovanni with Mr. Simpson as the Don.

In the past year, Mr. Simpson could be seen on stages from New York City Opera to Palm Beach Opera, and currently can be seen in Dallas Opera's Così fan tutte as the love-hungry Guglielmo. He is no stranger to Fort Worth either. Mr. Simpson was a winner in the 2006 McCammon Competition in Fort Worth, and was in Fort Worth Opera's 2008 production of Lucia di Lammermoor as Enrico.

We have no doubt that Mr. Simpson will put on a spectacular show in the demanding role of Don Giovanni - a love crazed, no holds barred seducer of women.
