Institutional Funders

The financial support that Fort Worth Opera receives from private foundations, government agencies, and other civic organizations is a crucial source of funding for our organization. Over the years, our mission to enrich people's lives with performances and programs that educate, entertain, inspire, and expand the horizons of current and future audiences. has been supported by these contributions and, in recent years, the tradition of opera in Fort Worth has truly survived primarily by the generous support of these  institutional funders.

Grants received have allowed us to not only sustain our standard of musical excellence and civic engagement via programs such as our Children’s Opera Theater, but to develop new, innovative programming  such as Music, Memory and More! and produce meaningful, community driven musical experiences such as A Night of Black Excellence and Noches de Opera. Our Resident Artist program, a program that has garnered great respect within the operatic community for it’s talented young voices and professionally minded singers, is sustained fully by foundational support.

Fort Worth Opera would like to thank the following organizations for their generous contributions in support of our 2021-22 season. We look forward to seeing you all in the audience this season.
