Sheran Goodspeed Keyton
Camp Director/ Acting Coach
Sheran Goodspeed Keyton (Camp Director/ Acting Coach) began her career more than 25 years ago as a performer of stage, commercial, radio and film locally, nationally, and internationally. She has since gone on to add Director, Producer, Writer and Educator to her list of many talents. Since 1996, she has written, directed, produced, and/or coordinated educational or community outreach programming for many organizations in DFW. Sheran intends to continue her work in the community, and to assist with the development of innovative and interactive arts integrated programs through her position as Manager of Education and Community Engagement at Fort Worth Opera.
Meet The Staff
Eboni Adams (Choreography/ Movement) is a professional dancer and teacher that has had the pleasure of dancing for Celine Dion's, "A New Day", Cirque Du Soleil and the Los Angeles Opera just to name a few. She's recently worked with the Fort Worth's Opera's Porgy and Bess as an assistant choreographer and will continue her journey at Cincinnati Opera. Eboni is excited to join the Fort Worth Opera summer camp faculty.
Lou Ann Fisher
Music Director/ Vocal Coach
Lou Ann Fisher (Music Director/ Vocal Coach) has been a music educator for over 25 years in Texas. Her experience includes Elementary Music Education and Secondary Choral Directing at the Middle School and High School levels and Private Voice Intruction studio work with Middle and High School singers as well as with College level voice students. Mrs. Fisher also established a Private Voice Instruction Studio in Birdville, Denton, and Southlake Independent School Districts. Mrs. Fisher's Choirs have received consistent UIL Sweepstakes and her voice students have earned membership in the Texas All State Choir.
Music Theory/ Vocal Coach
Alex Carr (Music Theory/ Vocal Coach) is a North Texas native who studied choral conducting and music education at Texas Christian University. Carr now serves as the Director of Vocal Music at I.M. Terrell Academy for STEM and VPA where he teaches and heads the school’s vocal music program.
Charlene Lotz (Principal Pianist) has been an active performer since her debut solo recital at the Fourth Bela Bartok International Piano Festival in Lima, Peru at the age of 14. She has played both solo recitals and concerto performances in the United States, South America, and Europe, and is highly sought-after as a collaborator. In 2010, Charlene was awarded a Doctor of Musical Arts degree at Texas Christian University, studying with John Owings.
