The Fort Worth Opera Ambassadors are an intimate group of community volunteers that support our Festival artists by gathering in-kind donations for welcome gifts, assisting with artist hospitality, and hosting a Festival artist welcome event. Systems Administrator

Fort Worth Opera is seeking a detail-oriented person to join our team as Systems Administrator. The Systems Administrator will be responsible support, maintain, and troubleshoot PatronManager CRM (our cloud-based ticketing/fundraising/marketing software based on the salesforce platform), ensure data integrity, and set up and train new users. This position will also provide routine, front-line IT support for all Fort Worth Opera staff (out-sourced support is available for advanced IT issues), and will assist with various general administration duties. The Systems Administrator will be expected to act as an ambassador for Fort Worth Opera at various events as well as support the box office during Festival performances as needed.

Successful candidates should have a background in database management and reporting, with experience in PatronManager CRM or another ticketing/donor database preferred. Salesforce background is strongly preferred. Knowledge of data manipulation tools, such as advanced Excel and Access work, is expected, as well as broader experience with general office programs. All employees are expected to have high communication skills with both staff as well as patrons, and box office or other customer service experience is preferred for this position. Candidates will need to be able to multitask and prioritize a variety of projects in a high intensity work environment. Some evenings and weekends will be required from time to time.

• Support, maintain and troubleshoot PatronManager CRM
• Ensure data integrity and train users
• Set up campaigns, subscription packages, and performances
• Act as point person with PatronManager support
• Maintain FWOpera's online sales site (created through PatronManager)
• Advanced reporting and list generation
• Maintain FWOpera's voicemail menu and setup
• Act as primary contact with North Texas Cultural Co-Op
• Provide front-line technical support for staff and coordinate with contract support for any advanced IT needs
• General Administration, including processing incoming mail and supplies
